Business Development Manager
Drive new business across all 7 disciplines. You will identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and convert pipeline into revenue. Prior experience in M&E distribution, building services, or construction supply chain required.
Lighting Specification Engineer
Work with architects and designers to specify LED lighting solutions for commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. DIALux proficiency required. Knowledge of photometric data, colour rendering, and energy compliance essential.
HVAC Technical Sales Specialist
Technical sales role covering HVAC equipment and systems for commercial projects. You will support contractors with system design, equipment selection, and project quotations. Strong knowledge of VRF, AHU, and chiller systems required.
Renewables Project Coordinator
Coordinate solar PV, battery storage, and heat pump installations across residential and commercial projects. Manage procurement schedules, installer relationships, and project documentation from order to commissioning.
BMS / Controls Engineer
Commission and programme building management systems across commercial and industrial sites. BACnet, Modbus, and KNX experience required. You will integrate HVAC, lighting, metering, and access control into unified control platforms.
Full-Stack Developer (MaxaM Platform)
Build features for the MaxaM cloud platform including energy monitoring dashboards, building intelligence modules, and IoT device integration. Supabase, Next.js, and TypeScript stack. Experience with real-time data and IoT protocols a strong advantage.
Sustainability Consultant
Advise on BREEAM, EPC, Part L compliance, and net zero strategies for construction projects. Produce sustainability assessments, carbon calculations, and compliance documentation for clients across commercial and residential sectors.
Internal Sales Executive
Handle inbound enquiries, process quotations, and manage customer accounts. You will work closely with external sales and technical teams to deliver fast, accurate responses. Experience in electrical wholesale or M&E distribution preferred.
